​The Late Bird Clinic is open to both men & women, members, and non-members, but limited to eight participants.

 

The Late Bird is a great way to meet others, learn the basics, or brush up on your strokes. It’s geared more to player who are starting out or who have taken some time off and are looking to get back into the game!

Early Bird Clinic 8am – 9am Wednesday (with Matt)

 

​The Early Bird Clinic is open to both men & women, members, and non-members, but limited to eight participants.

 

The Early Bird is a great way to start your day, meet others, learn the basics, or brush up on your strokes. It’s geared more to player who are starting out or who have taken some time off and are looking to get back into the game!

The Men’s Clinic is meant to be a little more competitive than the Early Bird Clinic, but still works on the basics.

Cardio Clinic 11am – 12pm Wednesday (with Ula)

 

​The Cardio Clinic is open to both members and non-members but limited to eight participants.

 

The Cardio Clinic with Ula is meant to get your blood flowing, and feet moving! It is a more vigorous clinic but still a lot of fun!

Shot of the Week Clinic 11am – 12pm Thursday (with Ula)

 

​The Shot of the Week Clinic is open to both members and non-members but limited to eight participants.

 

The Shot of the Week Clinic with Ula focuses on a specific shot each week, it might be ground shots, volleys, serve & return, etc.
